A little rain and cold doesn’t stop our Early Years children!
We wrapped up warm and donned our wellies for a sponsored toddle for the LS29 Group’s Under 5s playgroup (now renamed Moor Time).
To raise money for the group’s resources, our children walked around the full grounds with friends and parents. We had a lot of fun and were joined by Jude from the LS29 Special Needs Support Group, who the children really enjoyed meeting and talking to.
The sponsored toddle raised £360 for the playgroup, which offers families of children with additional needs a space to talk and play. The money will go towards specific equipment chosen by the playgroup attendees and we look forward to hearing what they purchase!
