The achievements keep coming in, and we’re very proud to shout about it!
Verity in Form 5 received the delightful news that she has been given a place on the Junior Associate programme at Northern Ballet.
The Leeds based school have extended Verity’s training so that her dancing will continue to improve. After two intense auditions, Verity secured her place in the much sought-after programme.
Currently, the Form 5 pupil dances at Grade 4 level. Her most recent exam, to pass her Grade 3, was a big success scoring a mark of 87 out of 100 – a distinction grade!
Verity is a keen ballerina who dances with Ghyll Royd’s ballet teacher Miss Amy each week at Northern Dance Centre.
Brilliant news for Verity – well done! We can’t wait to see your dancing improve even further!
