In their final few art lessons at Ghyll Royd, Form 6 have been creating their own needle books.
Using a variety of embroidery techniques, the children have each produced a unique needle book which shows what they have learnt in their textiles-focused art lessons.
Each needle book has the children’s initials stitched onto the front which can be taken with them, along with their fantastic new skills, to their secondary school textile lessons.
The books will keep their needles, pins and threads safe and be a daily memento to their time in Mrs Smith’s Art lessons.
